What is the return, refund, or exchange policy?
I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If the product you ordered is defective upon arrival, send an email with detailed photographs within 72 hours of package arrival. I will email you a shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement (whichever I deem necessary).
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping both ways if the 72 hours has passed. Repairs or replacements are free of charge for any defects that may have come from the shop. This does not cover pets, water, misuse, lack of maintenance, etc.
How long will my custom order take?
Time to complete custom orders depends on the project, your responsiveness, and the complexity of the design chosen.
Most custom orders will take 6-8 weeks to complete. Please keep in mind that I work a full time job and am a full-time grad student. Due to my schedule changing often, custom orders may take longer, or shorter, to complete than the timeframe above.
I will keep in contact with you throughout the entire process with updates on progress, design, etc.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Ready-made items will ship within 7 days of ordering.
Custom orders will be shipped within 7 days of the item(s) being completed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every item is handmade by me in beautiful Eastern Oregon!
Custom Order Policy
Custom orders are only open occasionally, when I have time to take them on.
The option to make a custom order through my website is for a DOWN PAYMENT on the design ONLY. This is non-refundable and is applied toward the total cost of your item(s). Once a design has been agreed upon, the remaining cost of your item(s) will be determined. (Each custom order spot has a pricing guide, so pricing should not be a surprise.)
I will send an invoice for the remaining balance, which must be paid in full before a custom item is started. The timeframe from payment to completion is often 6-8 weeks depending on the project. I will stay in contact with you throughout the entire process.
The non-refundable deposit pays for my time of sketching designs and working with you throughout that process. This policy is a result from people ghosting me after I spent hours creating mock designs for their projects.
