Details
This is a deposit for a custom bridal bouquet wrap, leather tie, and/or cake topper.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Custom orders are only open occasionally, when I have time to take them on. Once this deposit has been paid for, I will reach out within 7 days via text or email to discuss design. options, and begin the process of bringing your idea to life.
This non-refundable deposit is applied toward the total cost of your item(s). Once a design has been agreed upon, the remaining cost will be determined. Please see the pricing guide for a estimate of final price. Pricing is subject to differ depending on design complexity, size, etc.
I will send an invoice for the remaining balance, which must be paid IN FULL before a custom item is started. The timeframe from payment to completion is often 6-8 weeks depending on the project. I will stay in contact with you throughout the entire process.
The non-refundable deposit pays for my time of sketching designs and working with you throughout that process. This policy is a result from people ghosting me after I spent hours creating mock designs for their projects.

We prioritize quality in selecting the materials for our items, choosing premium leathers, fabrics and finishings that ensure durability and timeless appeal.
Shipping + Returns
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. We do not accept returns, however, there are occasional exceptions to this. Please visit our FAQ page for more.
